Peanut Butter Banana Protein Balls:
· ½ cup peanut butter
· 4 tablespoons protein powder
· ½ cup rolled oats
· 4 packets Alias banana flavor packets
· 1 teaspoon liquid stevia
· 2 tablespoons dark chocolate
Combine oats, protein powder, and Alias banana packets. Give a quick mix. Add peanut butter and stevia. Mix until all ingredients are combined. Melt dark chocolate in microwave. Heat for 30 seconds and stir. Repeat process until chocolate is melted. Scoop out with a cookie scoop, or a teaspoon and roll into a ball until all the dough is used. Put dark chocolate in a ziplock back and put a little on the top of each protein ball. Makes 8-12 balls.
