Coffee Protein Balls:

Coffee Protein Balls:

·        ¾ cup almond butter

·        4 tablespoons protein powder

·        1 teaspoon cocoa powder

·        ½ cup golden raisins*

·        2 packets Alias coffee flavor packet

·        1 teaspoon liquid stevia

·        3 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut

In a medium bowl mix almond butter, stevia, protein powder, cocoa powder and Alias coffee packets. Add raisins. Roll into 1 inch balls, and then roll into the shredded coconut. Makes 8-12 balls
